Espresso / Short Black 濃縮咖啡
用咖啡豆或咖啡粉加上熱水沖製出來的濃縮咖啡。好的Expresso，咖啡表面會有一層奶泡質感的咖啡油脂（Crema）。
Caramel Latte 焦糖牛奶咖啡
加入焦糖漿（caramel syrup）的牛奶咖啡。
Caramel Cappuccino 焦糖意大利泡沫咖啡
加入焦糖漿的意大利泡沫咖啡。
Latte 牛奶咖啡
在濃縮咖啡裡加入蒸牛奶（steamed milk）的牛奶咖啡，口感豐盈綿密。
Cappuccino 意大利泡沫咖啡
在濃縮咖啡裡加入泡沫牛奶（frothy milk）和巧克力粉的咖啡。
Flat White 白咖啡
在濃縮咖啡裡加入泡沫牛奶的咖啡，牛奶的分量一般比Latte少，口感細緻幼滑。
Flat Black 黑咖啡
在濃縮咖啡裡加水的咖啡。
Americano 美式咖啡
在濃縮咖啡裡加水的咖啡，味道比Espresso 清爽。
Long Black 黑咖啡
先加水，再加Espresso的咖啡，比Americano能保留更多咖啡油脂，賣相也比Americano更好。
Cortado 科爾塔多
濃縮咖啡加入牛奶的咖啡。
Mocha 摩卡
濃縮咖啡加入巧克力奶的咖啡。
Caramel Cortado 焦糖科爾塔多
科爾塔多加入焦糖漿、牛奶和焦糖粒。
Mocha Cortado 摩卡科爾塔多
科爾塔多加入巧克力奶。
Premium Filter Coffee 優質過濾咖啡
經過過濾的濃縮咖啡。
